At The Chosen Glutton, we take pride in both our photos and writing (albeit not having the best writing skills, we strive not to deliver one-liners on a frequent basis). We write for the simple goals of furthering our personal interests in food, and exhibiting drool-worthy pictures of the same.

  1. Hi,

My name is Anuj Agarwal. I’m Founder of Feedspot.

I personally give you a high-five and want to thank you for your contribution to this world. This is the most comprehensive list of Top 50 Singapore Food Blogs on the internet and I’m honored to have you as part of this!

  2. Hi (:

I am the co-founder of Trends.sg, a recently launched website that strives to aggregate the latest happenings and trends in Singapore.

As a reader of blogs, I personally feel that bloggers, like yourself, are naturally the trend-spotters and trendsetters for everyone else. As such, I would like to invite you to post snippets of your blog posts on our website. It is free and there are no restrictions to what you can post. (:

    What’s in it for you?
    1. Additional publicity for your blog and blog posts.
    2. Inbound links from our website to your blog. (By inserting your blog post URL whenever you submit a post to Trends.sg, you incrementally improve Search Engine Marketing for your blog.)
    3. Sharing of ideas with like-minded people/bloggers.

What’s in it for us is to develop a one-stop platform for sharing recommendations and ideas, and also to build a database of quality posts about the latest trends in Singapore. It would be nice if you could also put a link to Trends.sg on your blog.

We hope that you will be keen to join us in developing this exciting service, which has the potential to benefit the both of us, and the general public in Singapore as well.

Thank you and have a good weekend ahead!

    The Trends.sg Team

  5. Hi, hopped over from HGW. Nice blog you have.

Anyway, I think it will be easier for users to browse if you have a blog archive sorted by date of publish. Tried to to search for your first post but just couldn’t find it. Just my 2 cents :)

    • Thank you very much, appreciate it :D
      I was just thinking about that actually. I wanted to look back at my own posts (same thing, for my first post, ‘cos I know I started some time September last year) but I realized it’s not with much ease, haha. Thank you for your 2 cents worth, it’s actually worth more than that (;

And, just so you know – your blog is awesome. I’ll be checking it out more in depth :D

  6. Hey! (I stalked you hahaha!)

Haha. Honestly guess, what i was looking at hungrygowhere.com and i happen to see this very all so familiar name. And guess what, i was reviewing on Saizeriya Ristorante E Caffe (Liang Court). I read your reading style and immediately i was like hmm this sounds so very much like you. Click out the wordpress. Didn’t know you had one initially haha. But now i do. I guess old friends die hard. haha. And when i saw and read your blog, didnt even read it, but just took a look at the layout. I was so very close to 99 % sure it was you. haha. Cheeqy heh!

Hey how’s things man? This may be my only post on your particular blog. But let’s catch up soon. Hope your Brunei trip was equal to Awesome! =) Catch up on FB! =)

lollol. Thanks a lot :P Things are progressing pretty fine. More than fine, actually. Just waiting eagerly for my posting out of OCS in 2 weeks’ time, haha. Brunei trip was about 3 months ago, glad it’s all over! All the sufferings and hardship, has all become lasting memories. Hope you’re doing fine as well!

  7. Lol hai there, interesting blog, nice presentation. Yay more reading material for when i’m in camp. Nice pictures too! Keep it going heh, maybe i’ll go to one of those places myself.

    • Hehe. Thank you Jason. It’s not much of an addition to your reading material though – I can only update once/twice a week, and those time(s) will only fall on weekends. Haha! Thank you thank you, let’s see how long my wallet can last. lol.
