Four Seasons Hotel’s buffet restaurant, One-Ninety Restaurant, has been given a festive beautification this Christmas. Its Festive Market-Fresh Buffet, available from 3 – 30 December 2018, comes in the form of a semi-buffet lunch that sees the likes of Cream of Chestnut Soup, quality imported cheeses from France and Italy, appetisers, and decadent desserts rotated daily, depending on the finest seasonal produce for the day. On the entree menu sits our favourite traditional turkey this year: Oven-Roasted Organic Turkey accompanied with chestnut stuffing. The portion is generous, and the meat uncharacteristically tender and flavourful.
At this point, we just have to mention too, that its Corn Bread is unbeatable. Warm, fluffy, and just lightly toasted on the outside, left us yearning for more. We were also wildly impressed by its Seafood Platter. In fact, the crisp freshness and natural sweetness had us jotting down in our memory as one of the best seafood platters in town (we can only think of one from another hotel that matches it).
Prices for the festive buffet range from $58++ to $198++; more details can be found here. Reservations can be made either through +65 6831 7250 or email@example.com.
