Maison Ikkoku Bar is no stranger to winning awards over the year. It has been crowned the Best Cocktail Bar for consecutive years now, and is turning 6 this year. As a show of appreciation, the master-mind and master-mixologist, Ethan Leslie Leong, has concocted his own rendition of King Prawn Udon ($18++), at an affordable price no less.
This new dinner dish, available daily from 6pm – 9pm, is like a red carpet event filled with A-listers: French Lobster broth, Hokkaido Scallop, Wasabi Roe, Black Roe, and of course King Prawn. If you feel like it, the bartender is ever-ready to customise a bespoke cocktail for you based on your preferences.
