Clipper Tea Christmas Collection - 'A Season of Magic'.

Clipper Tea Christmas Collection – ‘A Season of Magic’.

Another year calls for another wrap of gracefully-designed Christmas collection from 1872 Clipper Tea Co. Departing from the fruity tea blends, this year’s festive collection,  ‘A Season of Magic’ promises a well-balanced seasonal blend of tea in the gift box such that the receiver will bound to find a tin or two that he / she likes, if not all. All in the name of Christmas, I especially love the aptly-named blends (hint: favourite childhood Christmas tales). Read on to find out what they are!

To make up for the lack of snow in Singapore, we have made it an effort to make it ‘snow tea leaves’. Each tin is sold separately at $15. Perfect for a Christmas present (secret santa!), it is also sold as a limited edition gift set as pictured above at $38.

'Rudolph'.

‘Rudolph’.

If your taste resembles anything like mine, ‘Rudolph‘ should be the most enticing. With Rooibos plant leaves as its base, this blend partners up with familiar favourites of cocoa and caramel. Caramel just haunts you (in a good way) everywhere you go, doesn’t it?

'The Nutcracker'.

‘The Nutcracker’.

If a heavier-tasting tea is what you like (that’s me), ‘Nutcracker‘ is one of black tea base, luxuriously tossed with white chocolate, and rose petals for that floral undertone.

'Shoemaker's Elves'.

‘Shoemaker’s Elves’.

The last, but not the least creation, is a tin by the ‘Shoemaker’s Elves‘. Sweet and more prominently floral are adjectives for this green tea blend, with notes of sweetness from orange peel and sweet cinnamon, and floral touches from a medley of flowers including sunflower petals, blue mallow flowers and safflower. The brew is also fitting for an iced glass of the same, not surprising with its sweet nature. The collection is already in stores. Click here for the full list of Clipper Tea store locations. Clipper Tea is also online now here, inclusive of free delivery with orders above $50. Photos by Kathleen. This was a media product tasting.
